Kijate is a 24-unit social housing building for low- and moderate-income Indigenous individuals and families with special housing needs. These units allow tenants to improve their financial situation, security and quality of life. The adults and children who reside at Kijaté benefit from community and cultural services in which they are invited to get involved.

Anwatan-Miguam is a building with 23 transitional housing units for single persons in a situation of vulnerability or social breakdown. This low-cost housing allows them to improve their safety and quality of life. The residents benefit from a community and cultural service offer in which they can get involved.
The Anwatan-Miguam housing units are expected to be available in the fall of 2026.
